Tulip City Rod and Gun Club is available for rentals on Saturdays from April through October. November through March weekends are reserved for shooting related activities.
The main hall is 58’ x 85’ (nearly 5000 sq.ft.) and has a painted concrete floor. The kitchen and main hall have several 110V outlets and the main hall has two 220V outlets for bands or DJs. The club has about 36 banquet tables (8’x3') and about 250 folding metal chairs that are on mobile carts. The two restrooms are well equipped and handicapped accessible. The kitchen has lots of counter space, two refrigerators, two microwave ovens, and a double basin stainless sink with disposal. We do not have stoves, flat ware, or silver ware.
The rental fee is $1500 and covers the time from noon to midnight. An “early entry” option for Saturday rentals is available IF there is no other events scheduled. This is for “set-up” purposes only and costs an additional $150 to get in 2 hours early (10am). The rental fee will be due no later than 60 days before the rental date.
There is a deposit fee of also $1500 which is due with a signed contract is order to lock in a specific date. The deposit is refundable based on the condition the club is left in, there was not a cancellation 60 days prior to the rental, as well as, any other contractual or legal violations that occurred.
We do not cater food and you may choose your own caterer. Alcohol is allowed on the premises but only within Michigan law. The Ottawa County Sheriff’s Department is authorized to check for liquor law violations.
We are both heated and air-conditioned and the temperature is pre-set to a comfortable and non-adjustable level.

To view rental date opportunities, click on the calendar section of this web site; it is updated monthly and may not be 100% accurate on any given day. A date which shows “tentative” after “Rental” is still pending the signed contract and deposit. These dates are available to others who are willing to finalize the deposit and contract immediately.
